A private box for clients, staff, friends or family maximizes the enjoyment of a day at the races. Stratford’s boxes offer superb views of both the parade ring and the course itself and are extremely popular with guests coming back year after year.

We would be delighted to help you choose a package, assist you with all the arrangements for the day and give you any further advice that you need. Our boxes can cater for as few as 10 people or as many as 250 people. There is also the option of hiring a marquee for up to 500 guests at an additional cost.

Packages include: Private room, choice of menu, hospitality badges, car parking, racecards and a drinks package (excluding spirits).

All inclusive packages are offered  from £170.00 per person plus VAT.
Private hospitality boxes get booked up rather quickly so please make reservations as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
