• Homemade pea & mint soup, with beetroot crisps
• Prawn & mackerel salad, with pickled ribbons of cucumber & red onions
• Local sweet tomatoes, with halloumi & toasted pine nuts, drizzled with basil oil

Main Course

• Roast lamb with mint sauce, chef's potatoes & seasonal vegetables
• Slow roasted pork belly, with champ potato & seasonal vegetables
• Seared sea bream, with sauté potatoes & seasonal vegetables
• Tandoori cauliflower steak, with crushed bombay sweet potato

Desserts

• Stratford style Eton mess
• Profiteroles with strawberries & chocolate sauce
