Dining Times

Dining times are flexible — afternoon tea can be served before racing or throughout the afternoon, around the racing.

Dress Code

Smart casual. No ripped jeans, beachwear, or sports/football shirts.

Larger Groups (25+)

We have a selection of larger boxes that cater for up to 30 guests. For bigger groups again, the Pavilion seats up to 280. Get in touch and we'll match you to the right space.

Lead Time

Busy meetings book up early — average lead time for a private box is 2 to 3 months. Plan ahead, especially for popular dates like Ladies Day.
