Two menu options are available with this package — a formal four course meal or a relaxed grazing-style buffet of deli boards.
Four Course Menu (May - September 2026)

- Homemade pea & mint soup, with beetroot crisps
- Prawn & mackerel salad, with pickled ribbons of cucumber & red onions
- Local sweet tomatoes, with halloumi & toasted pine nuts, drizzled with basil oil
Main Course
- Roast lamb with mint sauce, chef's potatoes & seasonal vegetables
- Slow roasted pork belly, with champ potato & seasonal vegetables
- Seared sea bream, with sauté potatoes & seasonal vegetables
- Tandoori cauliflower steak, with crushed bombay sweet potato
Desserts
- Stratford style Eton mess
- Profiteroles with strawberries & chocolate sauce

A relaxed grazing-style alternative — boards laid out across your box for guests to help themselves throughout the afternoon.

Dining times are flexible — courses can be served before racing starts or throughout the afternoon, around the racing.

Smart casual. No ripped jeans, beachwear, or sports/football shirts.
Larger Groups (25+)
We have a selection of larger boxes that cater for up to 30 guests. For bigger groups again, the Pavilion seats up to 280. Get in touch and we'll match you to the right space.
Lead Time
Busy meetings book up early — average lead time for a private box is 2 to 3 months. Plan ahead, especially for popular dates like Ladies Day.
