Friday 29 May Hunter Chase Evening Cancelled — Saturday Racing as Planned

A short while ago the BHA announced the cancellation of all Hunter Chases from Wednesday 20th May for the remainder of the season due to increasing numbers of reported Equine Influenza cases.

We are very sorry to report that this includes our Stratford Hunter Chase Evening fixture scheduled for Friday 29th May. We will therefore not be able to race on the first day of our two-day meeting, but will still be racing on Saturday 30th May, when the first race is scheduled for 5.50pm.

Whilst this is very disappointing for all visitors and participants, the executive fully support the BHA measures being taken to protect licensed horses and racing.

If you have purchased an e-ticket you will be refunded automatically. If you have a hospitality or restaurant booking we will be in direct contact to either arrange a refund or try to find an alternative date.
