Confirmed 2027 Fixture List and Themed Race Days

The 2027 fixtures for Stratford Racecourse are confirmed, and tickets for the meetings will go on sale in January. This makes it a perfect time to start planning for the years ahead and considering which racemeetings you’d like to attend. There are 20 confirmed fixtures for the Warwickshire track, and the annual membership will be available once again. Thus far, there are no confirmed promotions, but savvy racegoers should be able to discover some discounts in the months ahead.

Some of the Key Fixtures in our 2027 Calendar

As usual, there’s a mix of day meetings, evening fixtures, and a few themed race days on the 2027 calendar. A few highlights stand out, such as the Twilight Meeting, which is set to take place on September 4th. This is an evening fixture that’s known for having a relaxed charm, but also the thrill of top-class National Hunt action.

Another hugely popular day in the Stratford calendar is the Ladies Day Meeting, which is set for July 18th. This is the busiest day of the year for the course, and there’s an emphasis on style and celebration. If you want to experience some of the best atmosphere and wear your finest attire, this day is not to be missed.

And of course our Hunter Chase Finale Evening is always a popular destination, and a chance to see the top chasers in the amateur ranks, like Barton Snow, winner of Foxhunter chases at Cheltenham and Aintree, now being touted for a tilt at the Champion Chase.

The confirmed fixture list isn’t just for spectators planning which events they’re going to attend throughout the year; it’s also a guide for trainers as it helps them plan for the upcoming campaign.

What Promotions Can Racegoers Expect?

There are usually some ways to make savings and get extra value from race days for people who know where to look. One of the best options for people who want to see most of the races is to go for Stratford’s Annual Membership, which comes with free admission to all race meetings at Stratford, along with reciprocal access to over 40 racecourses across the UK, including pretty much the whole fixture list at Leicester and Perth Racecourses. There are other benefits too, including hospitality packages and members’ enclosure access.

Racegoers Club members also receive discounts on entry.

There could be more promotions and discounts as well, as these are becoming widespread at racecourses across the UK. Many of today’s fans have become accustomed to finding good value deals online, and now expect to discover them elsewhere.

For instance, in the streaming market, it’s often possible to get free trials before paying for a subscription. Likewise, for people who play online bingo in the UK, there are various offers such as deposit matches and free spins for slot games. It makes sense that they would search for value elsewhere too, and courses like Stratford are starting to adapt.

Although pricing is not yet confirmed, in past seasons there have been discounts on advance and group bookings. Themed days often come with promotional tie-ins as well, helping to encourage more people to attend.

If you want to prepare for the season ahead, now’s a good time to mark on your calendar which races you want to attend. Make sure you are ready to buy tickets when they become available, as there are sometimes discounts if you book long enough in advance, and follow our social channels to be in the know.
